Travelling to and from Lesvos by Ferry


From Greece mainland

Lesovs can be reached by ferry from Athens (Piraeus) or Kavala. The ferry routes and timetables are available on the website of Hellenic Seaways.

From Turkey

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the border between Turkey and Greece currently remains closed. 

Lesvos can be reached by ferry from Ayvalik. Usually there is a ferry in the morning, and one in the evening (during winter there may be less connections).

The standard ticket Athens - Mytilini costs  EUR 45.-. There are "Super Economy" tickets available for early-bookers, which cost EUR 20.- (need to be bought at a ticket office). More information here:
